Returns

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt providing the following is adhered to.

Call customer service for a return number at 1- 800- 850-8515. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH OUT A RETURN NUMBER. This is for your own protection to assure proper credit.

Items must be returned and insured for the purchase price by U.P.S OR Federal Express. Please no returns through the U.S Postal service.

Merchandise credit less shipping and handling will be issued providing the items are in original condition. Items not in original condition may be assessed a Restocking fee at our discretion. Items damaged in transit will not be credited.

Custom light fixtures are not returnable. This would be a fixture made to a specific length or done in a finish that is not stock or has been altered from its stock configuration. You will be told at the time of order if your light fixture is custom.
