Ordering From Us
Orders may be placed by calling 1-800-850-8515 Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, and
Saturdays 10am-3pm E.S.T.
Technical assistance, custom orders, antique restoration and
trade inquires call 401-862-5069 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm E.S.T.
Because we make each light fixture to order, your credit card
will be charged the full amount at the time of order. Actual
shipping charges will be added when your order is packaged and
shipped. We charge you only what U.P.S charges us; there is
no charge for packaging or materials. A receipt with all charges
will be mailed to you separately when your order is shipped.
Lead times: Most orders are shipped within 3 to 21 days, depending
on type of light fixture and finish. Exact lead times can be
furnished at the time of order.
Fixtures with 2 or more arms may be shipped knocked down (arms
removed). This saves shipping costs, and these light fixtures
are easily assembled.
Lighting that is not custom is returnable in original condition within 14 days for a refund, less shipping. Please see our full return policy under RETURNS
